Psychologically and historically, narratives have been shaped to portray us as the aggressors, distorting public perception and internal understanding. In many cases, these responses are adaptive or learned behaviors. Yet, even with this context, the scale of violence historically enacted against us remains unmatched. Today, we face the ongoing challenge of addressing violence within our own communities harm that reflects deeper systemic issues. Mental discipline and awareness must become part of our daily practice, because those who control the mind often control the body as well.
